1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kickbox Bootcamp (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Kickbox Bootcamp ("we," "our," or "us").
2. Description of Service
Kickbox Bootcamp is a fitness application that provides:
- Guided kickboxing and bodyweight workout routines
- Customizable workout configurations
- Audio coaching and exercise announcements
- Workout history tracking and statistics
- Cloud synchronization across devices
3. Account Registration
To use Kickbox Bootcamp, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
4. Subscription and Payment
Free Trial: New users may receive a free trial period. The trial length will be displayed at sign-up.
Subscription Plans:
- Monthly subscription: Billed monthly
- Annual subscription: Billed once per year (with savings compared to monthly)
Billing:
- All payments are processed through Google Play
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play Store settings
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Redistribute or resell the App or its content
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
- You are physically able to perform the exercises
- You understand the risks associated with physical exercise
- You will stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
- You are solely responsible for your health and safety during workouts
We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health condition resulting from your use of the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to:
- Exercise descriptions and instructions
- Audio recordings and voice coaching
- User interface design and graphics
- Software code and algorithms
is owned by Kickbox Bootcamp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.
8. User Content
Your workout data, favorites, and settings ("User Content") remain your property. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and sync your User Content as necessary to provide the service.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- That defects will be corrected
- Specific availability or uptime
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice.
11. Account Termination
By You: You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. This will:
- Cancel any active subscription (no refund for remaining period)
- Delete all your data from our servers
- Revoke access to the App
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the service or other users
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kickbox Bootcamp from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms in the App
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending an email for material changes
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kickbox Bootcamp operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation, if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration, if mediation fails
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kickbox Bootcamp regarding use of the App.
